How to Become a Judge
Judge is a special political role - only 1 citizen per country can hold this position. Judges have unique powers to punish citizens through trials.
Requirements to Apply
Election Process

| 3rd of month | Elected Judge begins duties |
Voting Requirements:
- Must have Experience Level 35 or higher to vote
- To win, candidate must receive 75% or more of total votes

How Trials Work
Punishment Effects Explained
50% Damage Debuff
- Applies only when fighting for your citizenship country (as aggressor or defender)
- Does NOT apply when fighting for allies or other countries
- If citizen changes citizenship, debuff does NOT apply in new country battles
- Stacks with other reductions (but applied last, after boosters/wipers)
Example: If you have -15% from game mechanics and use a Damage Wiper to get 0%, the Judge punishment adds -50% on top.
10x Higher Tax
- Applies to Company Market sales in that country
- Multiplies the normal tax rate by 10
Examples:
- Country has 1% tax → You pay 10%
- Country has 2% tax → You pay 20%
